BBQd New Potato Kebabs
Serves: makes 8 skewers
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Ingredients
15 small new potatoes
Herbs of your choice (we used fresh rosemary and Italian parsley)
Garlic salt
Cracked pepper
Olive oil
Bamboo skewers (soak in water 10 minutes before use)
Method
Boil potatoes until almost cooked through (about 10 minutes), remove from heat and drain
Thread potatoes onto skewers and brush with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper and herbs. Cook on the BBQ for about 10 minutes or until caramelised and crispy
Serve with fresh herbs, salt and pepper
NB: You can boil potatoes and thread and refrigerate until ready to cook. The perfect dish to take to a summer BBQ
