Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
Serves: 4 as a side
Preparation: 10 Minutes
Cooking: 25 Minutes
Ingredients
1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup parsley, chopped
1 lemon (optional)
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees
In a bowl, combine cauliflower, olive oil, garlic, pepper, and parmesan cheese
Transfer to a baking tray and roast for 25 minutes or until golden
Remove from the oven and top with parsley. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon
