Grilled Soy Sesame Asparagus
Serves: 3-4 as a side
Preparation: 5 Minutes
Cooking: 10 Minuutes
Ingredients
1 large bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Juice of 1 lemon
Method
In a bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and brown sugar
Place asparagus in the bowl and toss to coat
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus and cook for 5 minutes or until tender
Garnish with sesame seeds and lemon juice
Serve warm
