Kiwifruit Sorbet

Ingredients
6 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
2 tablespoons honey
2 mint leaves
Toppings (optional)
Fresh Mint
Coconut chips
Method
Place kiwifruit slices onto a lined baking sheet and place in the freezer for 1-2 hours
Remove from the freezer and place in a food processor or blender with the lime juice and honey. Blend until smooth
Place into 2 small bowls and top with mint and coconut chips, eat cold
