Mediterranean Tomato Salad

Ingredients
6 medium vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced into wedges
1 medium red onion, halved, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves crushed
1 handful fresh parsley, chopped
1 handful fresh dill, chopped
1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Dressing
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
In a large mixing bowl add the tomatoes, onions, fresh herbs and garlic
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add lemon juice, white wine vinegar and olive oil. Toss to combine
Transfer to a serving platter or bowl and top with feta cheese
