Passionfruit Chia Pudding

Preparation: 20 minutes + 4 hours refrigeration

Ingredients
4-6 passionfruit
2 cups milk of choice
½ cup chia seeds
4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Fresh mint
Method
Place chia seeds, milk and honey or maple syrup into a bowl and stir well. Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight
Remove from the fridge and divide between 2 glasses or serving bowls. Top with passionfruit pulp and fresh mint
Serve immediately
