Potato Wedges

Potato Wedges
Serves: 4 as a side
Preparation: 5 Minutes
Cooking: 30 Minutes
Ingredients
4 large potatoes, sliced into wedges (should get about 8 wedges per potato)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 handful of fresh chopped parsley
1 teaspoon ground paprika
3 tablespoons olive oil
Small pinch of salt and pepper
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C
In a large bowl, add the garlic, paprika, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix well. Add potatoes and toss to coat with the garlic mixture
Place wedged potatoes on an oven tray
Bake for 30 minutes or until wedges are crispy. Garnish with parsley and serve with lite aioli or a sauce of choice
