Strawberry Ice Cream

Strawberry Ice Cream
Serves: 6
Preparation: 10 Minutes
Cooking: None – 3 hours freezing time
Ingredients
3 cups frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
Juice of 1 lime
4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 ¼ cups milk
Method
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until strawberries are fully blended
Pour mixture into a loaf pan or freezer safe container and place into the freezer for 3 hours or overnight
Scoop into serving bowls and top with extra strawberries
