Strawberry Ice Creams

Serves: 8 Ice Creams

Preparation: 10 Minutes

Ingredients   

500g strawberries
Juice of 2 limes
¾ cup milk
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
3 mint leaves

Method   

Place ingredients into a blender or a food processor and blend until smooth

Pour into ice block moulds and freeze for 4 hours before serving
