Tangelo Overnight Oats

Ingredients
Juice of 2 tangelos
1 cup oats
1 tangelo, sliced
½ cup milk of choice
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
¼ cup maple syrup
Mint leaves
Method
In a bowl, mix the oats and tangelo juice. Cover and refrigerate overnight
In the morning, place the oats into two serving bowls
Serve with milk, coconut, mint, maple syrup and tangelo slices
