Ingredients
1 punnet fresh blueberries
2 small apples or 1 large apple, grated
4 tablespoons plain yoghurt
2 tablespoons chia seeds
¾ cup oats
1 cup milk
¼ cup water
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Mint leaves
Method
In a bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, grated apple, water and milk. Place in fridge overnight or 3 hours
Remove from the fridge and mix in the blueberries, leave 2 tablespoons for topping
Place the bircher muesli into 2 glasses or bowls and top with blueberries, yoghurt and mint leaves
