Mango Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
1 large mango, skin and pip removed
2 cups pineapple, skin removed and diced
1 frozen banana, skin removed
Toppings are chopped grapes, walnuts and coconut flakes, you can also use other nuts, seeds, fresh berries and yoghurt
Method
Place ingredients into a blender or food processor
Process until combined, the texture will be thick but runny
Transfer to a bowls and sprinkle over your favourite nuts, seeds and fresh fruit
