Baked Agria Potatoes

Baked Agria Potatoes
Serves: 6 as a side
Preparation: 10 Minutes
Cooking: 40 Minutes
Ingredients
1kg Agria potatoes, washed and sliced in half
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup fresh herbs of choice, chopped (we used parsley & dill)
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
Pinch salt & pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil, garlic, salt and pepper and half of the chopped herbs
Transfer potatoes to an oven tray and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden
Drizzle lemon juice over potatoes and sprinkle with the remainder of the herbs before serving
