Baked Garlic Potato Wedges

Baked Garlic Potato Wedges

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes
Ingredients
5 large potatoes, sliced into wedges (should get about 8 wedges per potato)
4 garlic cloves, crushed
3/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
Pinch salt & pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 handful of fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges for garnish
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C
In a small bowl, add garlic, paprika, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix well
Place potatoes in a large bowl and pour garlic mixture over them
Using your hands, toss the potatoes to coat with the garlic mixture
Place potatoes on a baking tray and sprinkle each potato wedge with Parmesan cheese
Bake for 30 minutes or until wedges are tender
Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve hot
