Blueberry Smoothie
Serves: 2-3

Ingredients
1 cup blueberries
1 banana
½ avocado
1 cup ice
1 ½ cups milk of choice
3 mint leaves
1 teaspoon chia seeds
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method
Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour into glasses
Top with extra mint leaves or chia seeds. Serve cold
