Ingredients
1 cup fresh cherries, pips removed
1 cup milk (of choice)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
6 tablespoons chia seeds
Toppings (optional)
Fresh mint
Extra cherries
Walnuts
Honey
Yoghurt
Method
Add cherries, honey or maple syrup and milk to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
Pour into a bowl and mix in the chia seeds, stir well
Pour into 2 cups or bowls and place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes. Stir occasionally
Remove from the fridge and serve with toppings of choice
Drink plenty of water when consuming chia seeds
