Ingredients   

2 cups finely sliced purple cabbage
2 cups finely sliced green cabbage
4 carrots, julienned, grated or thinly sliced
¼ cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped
¾ cup mixed seeds

Dressing

Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced

Method   

In a medium bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, parsley, and mixed seeds

In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients

Pour dressing over salad and mix well
