Creamy Mandarin Popsicles
Serves: 10 Popsicles
Preparation: 5 Minutes
Cooking: 3 hours freezing time
Ingredients
7 mandarins, peeled
1 cup Greek yoghurt
¼ cup granola (optional)
Also needed - Popsicle mould and popsicle sticks
Method
Place mandarins into a blender or food processor and puree
Add a spoonful of pureed mandarins into a popsicle mould and then add a spoonful of yoghurt
Continue layering pureed mandarins and Greek yoghurt until the moulds are almost full
Add a small amount of granola at the top of the mould
Add the popsicle sticks and freeze for 3 hours or until solid
Remove from the mould to serve
