Chocolate Fruit Platter
Serves: 6 as a side

Cooking: 20 Minutes
Ingredients
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 orange, peeled and segments separated
2 bananas, peeled and halved
2 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 popsicle sticks (optional)
Toppings for banana pops (optional)
Shredded coconut
Sliced almonds
Crushed almonds
Method
Heat oven to 180°C. Place sliced oranges onto a baking tray and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 20 minutes and remove from the oven to cool
Line a large plate or tray with non-stick paper
Insert popsicle sticks into each banana half. Place into the freezer for 1 hour
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler and dip each frozen banana pop into the chocolate, turning it to coat
Sprinkle with toppings of choice and place onto lined tray
Dip orange slices and orange segments halfway into the chocolate. Place onto the lined tray. Repeat with the kiwifruit slices
Place fruit in the fridge for 1 hour before serving to ensure chocolate hardens
Once the chocolate has hardened, arrange fruit on a platter and serve
