Feijoa Ice cream

Feijoa Ice cream
Serves: 4
Preparation: 5 minutes plus freezing time

Ingredients
4 feijoas, flesh scooped out & frozen
1 feijoa, washed, stem removed
2 bananas, peeled, chopped & frozen
1/3 cup plain yoghurt
Mint leaves, 1 small handful, washed
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
Method
Chop the whole feijoa including the skin. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until smooth.
Serve immediately or store in a covered container in the freezer
