Honey Roasted Parsnips

Honey Roasted Parsnips
Serves: 4

Cooking: 20 minutes
Ingredients
3 large parsnips, peeled and sliced into thin strips
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 handful chopped fresh parsley
1 lemon sliced into wedges
Method
Pre heat the oven to 200°C fan bake and line an oven tray with baking paper
Combine parsnips, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. Arrange onto the baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges
