Orange, Pistachio and Chilli Salad

Ingredients
6 oranges, peeled and sliced
¼ cup pistachios, de-shelled
1 chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, roughly chopped
Dressing
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup sesame oil
2 tablespoons tamari
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Method
Place the sliced oranges onto a large plate or bowl
In a small bowl, whisk all the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the oranges Top with fresh chilli, pistachios and parsley. Best served cold
