Pawpaw and Banana Sorbet

Serves: 4-6

Preparation: 10 minutes

Cooking: None - Freeze time 3 – 4 hours

Ingredients

1 Dole red or yellow paw paw, cut into chunks
1 Dole banana, cut into chunks
½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons runny honey

Method

Place the paw paw chunks, banana, orange juice, lime juice and honey in a food processor. Process until the mixture is smooth

Place into a 2 litre container and freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until it is frozen. Break up the mixture with a fork several times during freezing

Once frozen, if the sorbet is too solid to serve, process briefly in a food processor until it is smooth

Serve in bowls with passion fruit spooned over the top
