Persimmon Fruit Salad

Ingredients
3 persimmon, chopped into small cubes
3 mandarin, peeled, segments separated
2 kiwifruit, peeled, chopped into small cubes
Seeds from 1 pomegranate
1 Nashi pear, core removed and chopped into small cubes
Juice of 1 lime
Method
In a large bowl, combine all the salad ingredients apart from the lime
Mix the juice evenly through the salad
Salad is best served fresh. Store in the fridge
