Cauliflower Steaks with Paprika and Chilli

Cauliflower Steaks with Paprika and Chilli

Serves: 4 to 6

Preparation: 5 minutes

Cooking: 20 minutes

Ingredients

1 large cauliflower head
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pepper to taste

Method

Preheat oven to 180˚C

Cut down the middle of the cauliflower and then slice again to make steaks of about 2.5cm thick (be sure to save the cut offs to use in another dish)

In an oven tray lined with baking paper, place cauliflower steaks, drizzle over olive oil and sprinkle paprika, chilli flakes and pepper

Bake for around 20 minutes, remove from oven and serve while hot with a squeeze of lemon
