Christmas Berry Tarts

Ingredients
1 handful of fresh strawberries, stems removed
1 handful of fresh blueberries
1 handful of fresh raspberries
½ lemon, juice and zest
250g mascarpone
1 cup thick Greek yoghurt
Silver sprinkles (for Christmas)
Packet of 12 individual sweet tart cases
Fresh mint for garnish
Method
Mix mascarpone, yoghurt, lemon juice and zest
Spoon into tart cases and decorate with sliced strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
Sprinkle with sliver balls and garnish with mint
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve
