Ingredients
1/4 bag Baby Spinach
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 tomato, halved and grilled
1 boiled egg
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
Bean sprouts to garnish
chilli flakes (optional)
Pinch salt & pepper
Method
Boil egg & grill tomato for desired texture
Layer all ingredients in a bowl, starting with spinach at the bottom
Serve and enjoy
