Colourful Vegetable Dip Cups

Ingredients
4 - 5 carrots cut into sticks
10 baby carrots with tops on, washed
1 red capsicum, sliced into sticks
1 yellow capsicum, sliced into sticks
Any other seasonal vegetables of your choice
1x 250g beetroot hummus
1x 250g plain hummus
1x 150g pesto
½ cup guacamole (see recipe for guacamole)
Method
Layer dips as per photo, be sure not to touch the sides of the cup, we used 1 tablespoon of each dip in each cup
Place vegetable sticks and carrots in cups (as per photo)
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve
NB: This is great for kids parties or entertaining as you can double-dip
