Fruit Skewers with Passionfruit Yoghurt

Ingredients
2 apples
6 passionfruit
2 handfuls chopped honeydew melon
2 handfuls chopped rock melon
Or use any fruit that is in season
12 skewers
Light yoghurt
Seeds from half a vanilla pod
Method
Chop all the fruit into bite sized chunks
Push the fruit onto the skewers
To make the passionfruit yoghurt, scoop the contents of four passionfruit with a spoon into a small bowl. Add the yoghurt and vanilla pod seeds and mix well
Serve on a platter and enjoy
