Pear and Pineapple Salsa

Pear and Pineapple Salsa
Serves: 8 as a side
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: none
Ingredients
3 pears, diced (we used Packham pears)
½ pineapple, diced
½ red onion, finely diced
Juice of one lime
2 small red chillies, finely sliced
Fresh coriander
Splash of olive oil
Method
Place all ingredients together into a bowl and mix
Refrigerate until ready to serve
NB: This salsa goes well with chicken and fish, tacos and tortilla chips
