Ingredients
2 Persimmon, sliced
2 Gold kiwifruit, sliced
1 cup natural muesli or crushed Weetbix Low-fat yoghurt
Method
Layer sliced fruit, yoghurt and muesli/Weetbix as desired
NB: These can be made at night and kept for a delightful breakfast the next day
