Baked Cinnamon Granny Smith Apples

Ingredients
4 Granny Smith apples
¼ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter, melted
¼ cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons oats
Topping
Greek yoghurt
Cinnamon
Walnuts
Honey
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C
Using an apple corer or knife, remove the stem and seeds from the apples, making a deep hole where the filling will go
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, butter, oats and cinnamon and mix well. Add the walnuts and scoop mixture evenly into the apples
Place apples in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until apples are tender when pierced with a fork
Remove from the oven and allow to cool
Top with yoghurt, cinnamon, walnuts and a drizzle of honey. Serve warm
