Ingredients
4 feijoas, peeled, diced
1 apple, grated
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup plain yoghurt
½ cup apple juice
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Topping
Freshly sliced feijoa
Sprinkle of slivered almonds
Method
In a medium bowl, place all the bircher muesli ingredients. Gently stir to combine
Cover and place in the fridge overnight to soak
Serve with topping ingredients
