Kiwifruit, Mint & Cardamom Lassi

Ingredients
3 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
1 cup Greek yoghurt
½ teaspoon ground cardamon
Handful mint leaves
2 tablespoons honey
Ice cubes
Method
In a blender, blend together kiwifruit, yoghurt, honey and cardamon and process until smooth
Pour yogurt lassi into 2 glasses and top with mint leaves. Serve fresh with ice cubes
