Persimmon and Apple Crumble

Persimmon and Apple Crumble
Serves: 6 to 8
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes
Ingredients
4 persimmons, peeled and thinly sliced
4 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
5 tablespoons water
Pinch of cinnamon
Crumble Ingredients
25g butter, room temperature
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup self-raising flour
2 tablespoons soft brown sugar
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
Method
Place persimmons and apple slices in an oven proof dish, add the water and sprinkle over cinnamon
Combine crumble ingredients using fingers to rub through the butter until mixture is crumbly
Spread crumble evenly over top of the fruit (if you have left over crumble you can keep in the freezer for another time)
Bake for 30 minutes or until crumble is golden
